I went to the movies tonight and watched 'The Avengers' and it was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.!!!! OMG, it was the best movie I've seen for a long time and I absolutely recommend it to everyone who wants to see a brilliant adventure movie with great characters, amazing actors, a lot of action and the same amout of both fun and tension.
And Tom Hiddleston looked sooooo goooood!!

He played his role really well, and was astonishingly human for a villain. Apart from his stupid helmet thing he wears from time to time
It really looks stupid. What are these feelers supposed to be? Is he receiving radio with it? , in my opinion, he looked even better than he did in 'Thor'. And I loved all the little laugh wrinkels around his eyes and his cute smile that could look a bit creepy/crazy from time to times. Have I already mentioned that I really fancy Tom Hiddleston??

Nevertheless, I loved all the 'Good Guys' aka the Avengers, too! It's nearly impossible that you don't find anything you like about them: Bruce Banner was just adorable, especially in that scence where he arrived on his little moped on the battlefield

; Natasha I-don't-remember-her-last-name (Black Widow) was the first female superhero that really impressed me and didn't embody that weak, emotional type of woman; Tony Stark was... well, he was a classic Tony Stark.

There's nothing more to say about him! Same thing for Thor; he's just great!
I even have to admit that I liked Captain America in some way although I haven't seen his 'first' movie. He was a bit different compared to the other heroes, not only destroying everything but he really cared about all these helpless people in that chaos. The only person I can't say a lot about is Clint Barton/Hawkeye. I'm not even sure if there has been a movie about him; but it was quite unsatisfying to not getting to know him and his pre-history better.
But all in all, every character wasn't shown as a superhero; you could also see the human behind the mask. They acted like humans, suffered from 'normal' human emotions (fear, anger, compassion, etc.), and still, they were individual and unique.
One thing one could possibly argue about was the fact that it took almost half of the time of the movie before the Avengers finally fought against their 'real' enemies. Still, I think that was one more thing that was brilliant about this movie! All these different heroes, all these different characters had to get to know each other and had to get used to each other in the first place before they could finally fight together as a team. I hate movies in which the characters don't know each other at all and after 5 mins, they are BFF's. I thought it was only normal that such strong personalities (in both meanings of the word

) in the beginning fought against each other before they could recognize their same fate, their same strength and their equality (as heroes).
I could go on for hours to praise this movie, but I have to get up quite early tomorrow morning, so I just finish with the words: I highly recommend this movie, it was amazing, incredible, fascinating, moving, funny and this definitively NOT the last time I went to the movies to see it!
Good night fellas, and I love you all!
